Occasionally, people have suspected that The Wallace Collection play to backing tracks. Whilst on the most modern songs the band sometimes finds it necessary to play along to a sequenced track, this is only to preserve the original feel or integrity of that song. Sequences used are not obtained from a commercial source, as is the case with a few other bands, but are produced by The Wallace Collection themselves. This is an important point as computers can fail, especially in a live situation.
